Composers: Antonín Dvořák (1841–1904), Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka (1804–1857), Peter Zagar (*1961)

Michail Ivanovič Glinka je de facto prvým profesionálnym ruským skladateľom. Hoci Rusko nenávidel, zapojil sa do formovania tamojšieho hudobného života väčšími aj príležitostnými opusmi. Valčíková fantázia je salónnym typom kompozície. Hudba Petra Zagara oponuje tvrdeniam, že novodobá hudba nie je komunikatívna. Kompozičná technika je u tohto autora vždy napojená na hravosť a dôvtip. Ôsma symfónia Antonína Dvořáka je jedným z najšťastnejších symfonických cyklov českého majstra. Po temnej Siedmej a pred nostalgiou Deviatej symfónie rozdáva ôsmy symfonický projekt len a len radosť a teplo.
