Russian Music I

This trio of works from the first half of the last century will appeal to anyone who enjoys musical irony and sarcasm, sharp rhythms, and provocative poetry, as well as sweeping and passionate melodies. Pianist Martin Levický, winner of the 2011 Hummel Competition, will perform under the baton of Peter Gribanov, a connoisseur of Russian music.
